Rochester I-Day is a collaborative event hosted by the CPCU Society of Rochester and Big I Greater Rochester. This annual gathering brings together local insurance agents, brokers, company representatives, and industry affiliates for a day of connection, education, and professional development. The day offers continuing education courses with credits, 30+ exhibitor booths, open bar before lunch and a keynote engaging speaker to end the day.

2026 I-Day Scholarship $2,000
Open to all high school seniors who are children of members of the Big I or Rochester CPCU Society. Applicant must be attending an accredited 2-4 year college/university or trade school.
All applications must be received by July 10, 2026 in order to be eligible for the scholarship.
The CPCU Society is a global not-for-profit membership association dedicated to enriching the careers of nearly 18,000 highly motivated risk management and insurance professionals. The Society is dedicated to providing the members with the knowledge they need to get ahead. The Rochester Chapter holds a Gold Circle of Excellence ranking within the society. Each year, the chapter holds educational, social, and volunteer events to enrich the local community.
Big I Greater Rochester members are the small business owners and their employees who sell insurance; primarly property and casualty policies. These agents are the link between consumers, companies & providers. Big I agents educate their clients and serve as consumer advocates. They volunteer throughout the local community & show a clear commitment to clients. They take your voice directly to the seats of power in Albany and Washington.
